Recommended use from +5°C to -10°C alone — down to -25°C as part of a 3-layer system*. The PFJ-3 is designed to be the thermal adjustment variable in your outfit. Worn under a waterproof shell with a good thermal base layer, it significantly extends the comfort range of the whole system.

How to get the best from it?

The Grand-Froid 3-Layer System:

1st layer — breathable thermal base layer: wool for versatility and natural comfort, synthetic for breathability and value. Both work — the key is that it moves moisture away from the skin
2nd layer — the PFJ-3: this is where it excels. Thin, light and insulating — it captures and retains body heat while remaining breathable during physical effort
