Important to know before returning your package:

  • Return costs: These are fully at the customer's expense (for both refunds and exchanges).
  • Prohibited carriers: Do not use Mondial Relay or Relais Pickup. Only postal shipments (Colissimo, tracked mail) are accepted.
  • Condition of items: Products must be clean, folded, and in their original packaging.

Procedure to follow:

  1. Initiate the request: Log in to your customer account, under the "Product Returns" section. Select the item and the reason (Exchange or Refund).
  2. Prepare the package: Place the carefully folded item in its packaging. Any damaged or dirty item will be refused.
  3. Ship: Go to a post office to ship your package to the address that will be provided to you by email. Be sure to keep your proof of postage.
  4. Processing: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product.
    • For a Refund: processed within 2 to 14 days.
    • For an Exchange: you will receive an AVO code (voucher) by email to order your new size/color.
