You have the option to exchange a product purchased on Grand-Froid.fr within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.

 

For an Exchange: Please note that we ask for a contribution to the return and reshipping costs of €4.90. We will provide you with payment details in our confirmation email.

 

To initiate the exchange of an item, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Initiate the Return

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. On the left side of your screen, click on "Return Products."
  3. Select the order you wish to return.
  4. Check the item(s) you want to exchange.
  5. Click "Return selected products."
  6. Choose the return type: exchange.
  7. Select the reason for the return.
  8. Choose the default return address.
  9. In the "Comment" field, add the reference, color, size, or measurement of the item you want to receive.
  10. Accept our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and complete your request by clicking "Submit."

Step 2: Prepare the Items for Return

Ensure that you prepare the items for return with great care:

  • Items must be clean, properly folded, and carefully packaged.
  • Incomplete, damaged, soiled, or used items will not be accepted. Please strictly adhere to these conditions to facilitate the processing of your return.

Step 3: Confirmation of Return Request

Once you have submitted your return request, you will receive a confirmation email containing return instructions.

Please note that the availability of the replacement item may vary based on demand and available stock. If the item you want to exchange is not available, we will contact you to propose a possible alternative.

Step 4: Receipt and Processing of Return

Upon receiving your package, we will check the availability of the requested replacement item and contact you to confirm exchange details.

Your order will be prepared again and shipped to you within 48 hours.

You can track the status of your return by logging into your customer account.

Important Information

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your consideration when sending the package.

We do not offer parcel pickups at collection points.
