I would like to return a product for a refund
You can return a product purchased on Grand-Froid.fr within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order to obtain a refund.
In order to return an item for a refund, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Initiating the Retur
- Log in to your customer area.
- In the menu on the left, click on "Return Products".
- Select the order concerned.
- Check the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click on "Return selected products".
- Choose the type of return: refund.
- Select the reason for the return.
- Choose the default return address.
- In the "Comment" field, add any additional useful information.
- Accept our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) and finalize your request by clicking on "Submit".
Step 2: Preparation of the Items to be Returned
- Make sure to prepare the items with the utmost care:
- The items must be clean, properly folded and carefully packaged.
- Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, dirty or having been used will not be accepted.
Step 3: Confirmation of the Return Request
After submission, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the instructions for the return.
Step 4: Reception and Processing of the Return
• Upon receipt of your package, we will proceed to check the returned items.
• If the items are compliant, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you within 2 to 14 days maximum.
Important Information
• The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not collect packages from relay points.
