I would like to return a product for a refund

You can return a product purchased on Grand-Froid.fr within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order to obtain a refund.

In order to return an item for a refund, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Initiating the Retur

1. Log in to your customer area.
2. In the menu on the left, click on "Return Products".
3. Select the order concerned.
4. Check the item(s) you wish to return.
5. Click on "Return selected products".
6. Choose the type of return: refund.
7. Select the reason for the return.
8. Choose the default return address.
9. In the "Comment" field, add any additional useful information.
10. Accept our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) and finalize your request by clicking on "Submit".

Step 2: Preparation of the Items to be Returned

• Make sure to prepare the items with the utmost care:
• The items must be clean, properly folded and carefully packaged.
• Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, dirty or having been used will not be accepted.

Step 3: Confirmation of the Return Request

After submission, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the instructions for the return.

Step 4: Reception and Processing of the Return

• Upon receipt of your package, we will proceed to check the returned items.

• If the items are compliant, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you within 2 to 14 days maximum.

Important Information

• The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We do not collect packages from relay points.
