The Solar 4000 fire overcoat is made of 2 pieces and 4 layers of fabric, including a moisture resistance barrier and a thermal barrier. Wrists in Nomex fabric with a thumb loop to hold the edge of the sleeve if you wear gloves. The high speed liberation zipper allows a quick removal if necessary.
