Wash: machine wash at 30 °C, turn inside out before washing to protect the brushed inner
Dry: flat or hanging, in open air — preferable to tumble drying
Tumble dry: tolerated on a gentle cycle, but line drying preserves the fabric better
Avoid: fabric softener, bleach, drying on a radiator
Ironing: not recommended on thermal knit
