Women's 3-in-1 jacket: a 10,000 mm waterproof outer jacket with sealed seams and zips, breathable at 5,000 g/m²/24 h, and a detachable inner jacket in recycled fleece with a quilted SUGENRO® front panel, wearable on its own. Slightly fitted cut, sizes XS to XXL, recycled polyester from PET bottles.
On a building site or in outdoor logistics, the weather and the intensity of the work change all day long. The JN1377 women's 3-in-1 jacket answers that by detaching its lining. The outer jacket is waterproof to 10,000 mm, with sealed seams, waterproof zips, a two-way zip with an inner storm flap, an adjustable drawcord hood and a stand-up collar with a chin guard — and it moves 5,000 g of vapour per m² over 24 hours, which matters as much as the waterproofing once you start working hard. The detachable inner jacket is not a plain fleece: it is a hybrid, recycled polyester fleece with a quilted SUGENRO® front panel, wearable on its own. The whole garment is recycled polyester made from PET bottles.
Modularity is the real argument: the jacket alone when the effort picks up, the liner alone indoors or in a vehicle, both together the moment you stop. The SUGENRO® quilting sits at the front, where the wind hits — the back stays fleece, and you feel it if you stand still with your back to the wind. The cut is fitted: little dead air to heat, but little room for a thick layer underneath. At 10,000 mm the jacket holds a long downpour, not just a shower.
The −20 °C* figure applies with both jackets assembled: it is the combination that protects, not either half. The inner jacket supplies the warmth — the fleece traps air between its fibres, and the quilted SUGENRO® panel adds light insulation across the front of the body. The outer jacket does not warm you: it stops the wind carrying the warm air away and the rain wetting the insulation, which would then lose most of its effect. That is why the two together are worth far more than the two apart. Under the liner, a synthetic or merino wool base layer moves perspiration away; a cotton T-shirt holds it against the skin and chills you the moment you stop.
Because it covers three configurations in a single purchase, and none of the three is a compromise. An outer jacket waterproof to 10,000 mm and breathable at 5,000 g for working in the rain. A quilted fleece jacket for sheltered posts. And both assembled down to −20 °C*, in recycled polyester inside and out.
The three-layer system:
A modular jacket is judged not by its warmest configuration, but by how fast you can move from one to the next.
* Indicative temperature, with both jackets assembled. Perceived warmth varies with activity, build, humidity, wind and the layers worn underneath.
