The AFP-2W has a women's ergonomic fit. For standard wear, choose your usual size.

For layering over a thick sweater or for added ease, if in doubt, size up.

For accurate measurements, take them in your underwear or wearing a light t-shirt, keeping the tape measure flat against your body without pulling tight.
