For layering over a thick sweater or insulated mid-layer, if in doubt, size up.

For accurate measurements, take them in your underwear or wearing a light t-shirt, keeping the tape measure flat against your body without pulling tight.

Washing: machine wash at 30°C, gentle cycle, zip closed
Drying: hang to dry — avoid tumble drying to preserve membrane and DWR finish
Ironing: do not iron (risk of damaging the H2XTREME® membrane)
Do not: bleach, dry-clean, iron, use fabric softeners (would clog the membrane)
DWR reactivation: if water repellency drops, separate wash with a dedicated outdoor product (Nikwax type)
