Our logistics team strives to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, once your order has been validated, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it, even if it has not yet been shipped.

If you have made an error when entering your address, we recommend that you contact the chosen carrier directly as soon as your package is shipped. You can find your tracking number to provide to the carrier by going to your personal account on our website. Go to the "My Account" section, then click on "My Orders." Select the relevant order, and you will find the "Track My Order" option, which will display your tracking number.

If the address cannot be changed by the carrier, your package will be returned to us. Upon receipt by our team, we will proceed with the refund.
