Firstly, we recommend that you perform the following checks:

  1. Check if you have received a delivery notice in your mailbox, indicating that the courier attempted a delivery.
  2. Ensure that your parcel has not been handed over to your building's caretaker, a neighbor, or possibly a nearby store.

After conducting these checks, if you still haven't located your parcel, we advise you to wait for 5 business days. It's possible that the tracking for your parcel will update, and the courier will attempt a new delivery.

If you don't see any changes after this period, you can contact the carrier directly, providing your tracking number. You can find this number in your account under "My account," then in the "My orders" section by clicking on "More details" and selecting "Track my order."

Simultaneously, we recommend that you get in touch with our team at support@grandfroid.fr, specifying in the email subject: UNDELIVERED PARCEL + (9-letter order reference).

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier using this information. We will provide you with initial feedback within 10 business days after contacting the carrier.
