When you return a product, we commit to processing the refund within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product at our premises.

However, it can happen that some parcels do not reach their destination or are lost or stolen during transit. To avoid any issues related to the receipt of the parcel, we strongly recommend that you return the product with a delivery option that includes a signature upon receipt.

This will allow us to reliably confirm that the parcel has indeed been received at our premises.

Upon receipt of your parcel, we will immediately perform an inspection to verify its condition. If the product is returned in its original state and meets the return conditions, we will process the refund as soon as possible.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on the payment method used during the initial purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed by the banking services and reflected in your statement.
