Winter Mitt — Watson Gloves Crazy Horse Grain 9595
It brings both strengths of the range together. Waterproof Dryhide™ full-grain goatskin makes water bead off instead of soaking in, in a build where all four fingers share one space — and warm one another.
Inside sits a polyester velour lining. The gathered elastic wrist runs on into a knitted storm cuff that reaches the middle of the forearm.
Watson Heritage crest, a line born in Vancouver in 1918. Sizes M to XL, down to −25 °C / −13 °F*.
The mitt of the Grain range, the one that brings both of the series’ strengths together. Waterproof Dryhide™ full-grain goatskin makes water bead off instead of soaking in, in a build where all four fingers share one space.

This is the one to reach for when the cold turns sharp. The mitt shape means the fingers warm one another instead of facing the cold each on their own. The waterproof leather keeps slushy snow from reaching the lining. The knitted cuff runs high enough to sit under a jacket sleeve.
Three effects stack up. The polyester velour holds the air your hand has warmed. The mitt shape gathers the four fingers into a single cavity: the surface exposed to the cold shrinks and each finger benefits from the warmth of the others. The storm cuff closes the gap where air rushes in at the wrist.
Added to that is the waterproof Dryhide™ treatment, which makes water bead off at the surface rather than letting it through: the lining stays dry, and warm with it. A lining soaked through stops insulating.
Because it brings together both strengths of the range: the warmth of the mitt shape and the waterproof leather that keeps the lining dry.
What really counts when you spend the winter outdoors:
In prolonged severe cold, a thin liner glove added underneath makes a real difference.
