Two soft foot warmers per sachet, with a repositionable adhesive side that fixes them to the sock before you put the shoe on. Open, leave in the air for a few minutes, stick: the heat then spreads from the foot, right where the body produces nothing once it stops moving. Made in Europe, natural ingredients. Sold by the pair, with a quantity discount from 5 pairs; the pack of 5 pairs, a week of warm feet, is also in our range.
A cold foot doesn't warm up by walking faster. At the first signs, open the sachet, then take the shoe off: by the time you're unlaced, both pads have had their air, and you stick them on the sock. Put the shoe back on without forcing: a pad needs air to heat, and a squeezed foot never warms up.
Your socks and boots do the groundwork; the foot warmer adds the heat the boot does not produce, without replacing it. Stick it on the sock, never against bare skin: cold numbs sensitivity and a burn goes unnoticed. Leave room for air in the boot: the reaction needs oxygen, and a tight boot stops the pad as well as squeezing the foot. Keep it moderate, too: too much heat makes you sweat, and that moisture chills you as soon as the pad runs out.
Eight hours of heat stuck to the sock, with no wire or battery to manage: the pad stays put inside the shoe and follows the foot all day, where a loose warmer would slide.
Why feet get cold, even in good boots:
To heat the whole sole of the foot, the 8-hour heated insoles come in four sizes in our range.
