If you find that an item is missing from your order, there could be various reasons:

  1. Backordered Items: Your order may contain items that are temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will partially ship the available items, and the rest of your order will be shipped as soon as the missing items become available again.   2. Your Order Has Arrived, but the Product Is Missing: Before anything else, please check if the missing product was not shipped in a separate parcel. Each order confirmation email specifies the exact contents of each parcel. You may also find a packing slip inside the parcel. If the missing item is not listed on this slip, it is likely intended for another parcel, and there's no need to worry.
