Protect your feet from extreme cold, down to −60 °C: cold weather boots and shoes, thermal socks, insulating insoles, crampons and foot warmers. For snow, cold-weather work and the outdoors.
Feet are among the first victims of the cold: far from the heart, barely moving, quick to get damp. Protecting them well means combining the right shoe or boot, a suitable thermal sock, and where needed an insulating insole or a foot warmer. Our range covers everything from everyday winter to polar cold — some models, like the Baffin workhorse, go down to −60 °C.
Cold weather boots offer maximum protection (height, waterproofing, removable liner); winter shoes favour versatility for town and work.
A good thermal sock (merino wool) wicks moisture and insulates, while insulating or heated insoles block the cold rising from the ground.
For static posts, foot warmers add backup heat; on icy ground, crampons secure every step.
How do I stop my feet getting cold despite good boots?
Check three things: moisture-wicking socks (no cotton), a boot that isn't too tight (air insulates), and an insulating insole against ground cold.
One pair of socks or two?
A single well-fitted technical pair beats two that compress the foot and cut circulation — compression chills.
How low do your models go?
Depending on the model, down to −60 °C for the most technical boots, designed for polar cold and prolonged outdoor posts.
