The Matrix Men's 3-in-1 jacket from Stormtech pairs a waterproof H2XTREME® membrane with a removable thermal liner, combined depending on the weather.
Down to -30°C / -22°F (membrane + liner zipped together), it replaces two jackets with one. Polyester construction, Stormtech quality guarantee. Available from S to 6XL.
The Matrix rethinks the 3-in-1 concept: a waterproof, breathable H2XTREME® outer membrane, fully sealed seams, paired with a removable thermal liner that zips in and out as needed. The two pieces work alone or together, covering a wide range of conditions with a single jacket.
Whether it's Montreal during a winter thaw followed by dry frost, or Eastern Europe in the middle of a cold snap, the Matrix means you never have to carry two jackets: the membrane alone against a shower, the liner alone indoors, both together the moment the temperature drops. The same jacket works for the city and the outdoors alike, here or there.
The manufacturer's classification places the Matrix in the Extreme Cold range, from -10°C / 14°F to -30°C / -22°F depending on use and activity ; the figure shown corresponds to the coldest end of that range. The H2XTREME® membrane blocks rain and wind without trapping body moisture, and the removable thermal liner adds a layer of insulation when zipped in. Worn alone, the membrane does not protect against dry cold ; it's the combination of both pieces that covers the lower end of the range.
A modular jacket that replaces two pieces with one, adapting to the day's weather rather than a single season.
