The Helsinki is a 102 cm long winter coat, down to mid-calf, but shaped at the waist: it covers without swamping you. Its 300 gsm insulation holds its warmth through the structure of the fibre rather than through bulk — which is what keeps the line. Reflective strips built into the back and sleeves, detachable hood. Keeps out wind and rain, rated down to −30 °C / −22 °F. Sewn in Montréal. Sizes XS to 2XL.
The Helsinki is a long winter coat, 102 cm back length, down to mid-calf. Its silhouette is gently shaped at the waist: it covers like a long coat while keeping a line.
The hood is detachable, the front zip is waterproof with a double slider, and the pockets close on waterproof zips.
The EcoStretch fabric is stretchy: it keeps out wind and rain showers and lets the body breathe. Inner recycled micro-fleece cuffs. Available in sizes XS to 2XL.
Warmth, comfort, protection: most long coats make you choose between covering up and keeping a line. The Helsinki does both — the warmth comes from the insulation, not from the bulk. An everyday coat that does not look like a technical one.
Bio-Warm Core is not padding, it is a structure: the fibre traps air at its core, and it is still air that keeps you warm. Hence 300 gsm of warmth without the bulk that usually comes with it — which is what lets this coat stay shaped at the waist. Like any synthetic insulation, it keeps its insulating power even when wet: you stay warm and dry. Wear it over a base layer and a fleece.
Because a long coat usually makes you choose between warmth and line. The Helsinki does not ask that: the cut is shaped at the waist, and the warmth comes from the structure of the fibre rather than from bulk. It is designed and sewn in Montréal, in the brand’s own workshop.
The three-layer system:
