- -30° C
- Tested and approved in the heart of winter in Mongolia, on a motorbike: uncompromising protection against extreme cold.
Esko is a knitted glove for men, in a wool blend (80% wool, 20% polyamide), lined with a soft plush of 100% polyester. The thumb and index finger are touchscreen-compatible: you answer the phone or swipe your screen without taking the glove off.
The wool keeps the hand's heat, the plush lining holds it against the skin and the polyamide strengthens the knit. This glove has no waterproof membrane: keep it for dry cold.
In the queue at a bus stop, you take out your phone: a bare hand cools quickly, and that is what touchscreen fingertips prevent. Use Esko for dry cold, and size up if in doubt: a glove that is too tight compresses the hand.
Esko keeps the hand warm down to −10 °C / 14 °F in dry weather. Below that, or during a long stop, add merino wool liner gloves: a still hand produces less heat than a working hand.
Esko combines wool, a plush lining and touchscreen fingertips in a single glove: the hand stays warm and the phone stays usable, without taking the glove off.
