This unisex windproof fleece jacket combines double-sided microfleece (245 gsm, 94% recycled polyester / 6% elastane) with an integrated breathable windproof membrane that seals out cold draughts.
Engineered for tough working environments, its high-wear areas (shoulders, underarms, lower hem, and chest pocket) are reinforced with heavy-duty CORDURA® fabric. Certified to EN ISO 13688 and EN 14058 standards. Available in sizes XS to 6XL.
A high-performance windproof outer layer or thermal mid-layer (Layer 2/3) designed to protect against cold, wind, and friction without adding unnecessary weight in temperatures down to -15°C.
This high-performance fleece combines a double-sided microfleece fabric (94% recycled polyester / 6% elastane) with an integrated technical membrane: it creates an airtight shield against wind and damp while allowing body moisture to evaporate freely. Built to withstand demanding site conditions, exposed areas (shoulders, underarms, lower hem, and chest pocket) are fortified with ultra-durable CORDURA® patches. An anti-pilling finish ensures long-lasting surface appearance.
This highlights the crucial difference between a standard fleece and a technical membrane jacket: this model stops cold wind dead in its tracks, whereas standard fleece lets draughts cut straight through. It can be worn on its own as a primary jacket without piling on heavy layers. The CORDURA® shoulder reinforcements easily handle friction from rucksack straps or carrying heavy gear without wearing out.
Standard fleeces insulate against cold air but allow wind gusts to cut straight through. Thanks to its integrated breathable technical membrane, this jacket provides both thermal insulation and complete wind protection.
The 3-Layer Outdoor System:Outdoors, wind strips away body heat by rapidly stripping the layer of warm air trapped against your clothing. Thanks to its integrated membrane, this fleece prevents convective cooling. For early morning commutes or severe frost, pair it with a long-sleeve thermal base layer. Fasten the main zip and collar at the very last moment as you step outside to avoid overheating indoors beforehand!
* Temperature rating is indicative. Thermal comfort varies according to individual cold sensitivity, wind chill, humidity, and base layers worn.
