Bib overalls that stay in place when you bend, crouch or kneel

The CS11 freezer bib overalls are made for cold-room work. A back warmer adds warmth around the lower back, and wide elastic braces, adjustable in height, hold them in place.

The zipped ankles let you pull them on over safety shoes, the knee pad pockets open from the bottom and the oversized pockets can be used without taking your gloves off.

They are worn as the third layer, over a thermal base layer, with the CS10 freezer parka. Sizes S to 6XL.

Kneeling at a low rack, it is the back warmer that counts: your lower back stays covered when you lean forward. Set the braces so the waistband sits at the base of your back, and slide the knee pads in from the bottom of the pockets. How well the waist is held decides your comfort over a whole rotation.

Thermal protection

The padding traps air around the legs and the back warmer extends the cover to the lower back, where cold gets in when you lean forward: you keep your warmth through a whole rotation. On a cold floor or a kneeling job, add a thermal base layer: the lower body chills by contact with the ground.

1st layer — base: next to the skin. Captures body heat and moves perspiration outwards.
2nd layer — mid layer: insulates and holds warm air around the body. Fleece, knit or thermal top.
